Order Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- Once the order is processed and shipping has begun, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- If the product does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe or is delivered damaged or incorrect.
- Please provide relevant details such as photos or videos of the damaged items, your order number, and your name.
- Customers will not incur shipping fees for exchanges due to damage.
- Returns are also accepted for items returned due to buyer’s remorse, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all components and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A deduction of 6.9% + $1 will be applied to cancellations to cover administrative and processing fees.
Exceptions to Refunds/Returns: Refunds or reshipments will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Orders delayed due to factors within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect address).
- Situations caused by customs delays, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email.
- Returned items must be unused and in new condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy:
- We will provide replacement items at no additional cost if the product is undelivered due to a shipping carrier error.
- If an item is returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will bear the cost of ordering a replacement.
Refusal of Refunds/Returns: Refunds or returns may be refused in the following cases:
- Pre-order and custom-made items are final sales unless defective.
- Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled.
- Incorrect customer information leading to delivery failure.
- Items detained by customs or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns without prior authorization.
Order Delivery Failure:
- If a delivery failure occurs, we will contact the customer via email.
- If no response is received or if the customer’s email information is incorrect, the package may be discarded by the courier, and the company will not be held liable for the loss.
International Shipping:
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees and can be costly.
- Customers are encouraged to review their cart and shipping information carefully to avoid unnecessary cancellations or returns.
